Life is Strange: Double Exposure is a graphic adventure game, produced by Deck Nine and published by Square Enix, released beginning October 29, 2024, in chapters, for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC platforms, with a later release for Nintendo Switch.
Plot
Max Caulfield is a renowned photographer, known for her images of isolated and abandoned places. Trying to distance herself from painful memories, she is an artist-in-residence at Caledon University, where she becomes friends with astrophysicist Moses and the poet Safi.
One night, Max goes for a walk near the university and finds Safi shot dead. The police have no leads, but Max discovers that she can see and move to an alternate reality, in which Safi is alive, but still at risk. Searching for clues between the two timelines, Max will try to save Safi in both with the help of Moses and other allies.
